BMW M1 Concept

 BMW M1 Concept (2008)                    

 This an unusual, but totally orignal concept from BMW that has been desgined to mark the 30th anniversary of the BMW M series division that has seen its race technology be placed into its everyday cars, producing models such as the mighty M3, M5 and M6 models.  The original M1 was developed jointly between BMW and Lamborghini and was sold from 1978 to 1981,remaining the only-mid-engined BMW ever built. The concept above is highly unlikely to go into production, but if planned could be a potentail competitor to cars such as the Porsche 911, Audi R8 etc.
